What if it doesn’t work for me?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and offer a solution whether that’s a replacement or store credit. (Due to hygiene standards, opened lash trays and adhesives cannot be returned.)

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK and selected international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please DM us we may be able to help.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link. All items are packed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website
Will I pay customs?
International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
How long does shipping take?
UK Standard Delivery (3–5 days): £3.50
UK Next Day Delivery: £5.50
Free UK Shipping: On orders over £80
International Shipping: 5–10 business days (rates depend on courier and destination)
Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes! Klarna is available for orders over £50. All Klarna payment terms and conditions apply you can review them on Klarna’s official website before checkout
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes! Orders placed before 1 PM qualify for Next Day Delivery. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make changes.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Once your order leaves our premises, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels, but we’ll assist you in contacting the courier to resolve the issue
Do you offer local pickup or collection?
Yes! We offer taxi collections. You can book a taxi to our collection point, and we’ll place your order in the vehicle. The taxi will then deliver it to your chosen address. We also offer 24-hour collection for added convenience.
